Free U.S. Shipping

MELRO offers free standard shipping on orders within the United States.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, carrier conditions and other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been processed and tracking information becomes available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with details to follow your delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Multiple Items

If your order contains more than one item, products may occasionally arrive separately. Where applicable, separate tracking information will be provided.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please check your delivery information carefully when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at support@melropets.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
