Our approach
We want this store to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or browser zoom.
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a working standard. We are not claiming formal certification or a completed third-party audit — if and when we have one, we will say so here and name the auditor.
What we have built for
- Keyboard access to interactive controls, including menus, accordions, tabs and the product gallery
- Visible focus indicators
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Colour contrast intended to meet AA for body text
- Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference
Known limitations
[LIST ANY KNOWN ACCESSIBILITY ISSUES HERE, OR REMOVE THIS SECTION.] Third-party apps and embedded content may not meet the same standard, and we do not always control them.
Telling us about a problem
If you hit a barrier anywhere on this site, please tell us — it is the fastest way for us to fix it. Email [ADD YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS] with the page address and a short description of what went wrong, and we will respond and tell you what we intend to do about it.
