2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — including where an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or we suspect fraud — and will refund you in full if we do.
3. Pricing
Prices are shown in USD and INCLUDE VAT or sales tax. Shipping is calculated at checkout. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at that price.
4. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photography and screen colour rendering may differ slightly from the item you receive. Dimensions and specifications are published once verified; where a figure is not yet stated, please contact us before ordering if it is important to your decision.
5. Intended use and safety
Our vehicle products are comfort and protection accessories. They are not crash-tested restraints and must not be relied on as safety equipment. You are responsible for restraining your animal appropriately and lawfully while driving, using a product designed and certified for that purpose, in line with its instructions and the law where you drive. We are not liable for loss or injury arising from use of our products as a restraint.
6. Fit
Vehicle interiors vary. It is your responsibility to compare the published dimensions against your own vehicle before ordering.
7. Delivery and returns

8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. [HAVE A SOLICITOR REVIEW THIS CLAUSE.]
9. Your statutory rights
